Aglinsko St. 3, Garliava, Kaunas District, email address info@admshines.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller), processes the personal data of visitors and customers of the website admshine.lt.

3. Who We Share Data With
Your data is shared only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order, with the following recipients:
- Shopify (Shopify International Ltd. / Shopify Inc.) — e-commerce platform and hosting provider. Data may be transferred outside the EEA; such transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards provided for under the GDPR.
- Montonio Finance UAB — payment initiation service provider. Payment data is processed by the payment service provider; we do not receive or store your payment instrument details.
- Parcel delivery service providers, including parcel locker networks — first name, last name, phone number, email address, and parcel locker address for delivery purposes.
- Accounting service providers — to the extent required by Lithuanian accounting legislation.
In cases provided for by law, data may be disclosed to competent state authorities.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data processed about you;
- request the correction of inaccurate data;
- request the deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”) when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
- restrict the processing of your data;
- data portability;
- object to data processing based on legitimate interest;

Without these cookies, the online store would not function, so they are always placed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in ensuring the proper operation of the website.
