1. Delivery Area and Methods

1.1. Goods are delivered throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania to parcel terminals / parcel lockers.

1.2. Goods may also be collected free of charge at K. Aglinsko St. 3, Garliava, Kaunas District, by agreeing on a collection time in advance by email at info@admshines.lt or by phone at +370 636 68468.

2. Delivery Price

2.1. The exact delivery price is calculated and displayed when placing the order, before payment is made.

3. Delivery Times

3.1. Orders are dispatched after payment has been received. Goods are delivered within 1–3 business days from receipt of payment.

3.2. Delivery times are approximate. In exceptional cases, such as a high volume of orders, disruptions in courier services, or force majeure circumstances, delivery may take longer — in such cases, we will inform the Buyer by email.

4. Receiving the Shipment

4.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide the correct parcel locker / delivery address and to collect the shipment within the time limit set by the delivery service provider.

4.2. If the shipment packaging is damaged at the time of collection, please notify us immediately, but no later than within 1 business day from collection, by email at info@admshines.lt and attach photographs. Timely reporting of damage allows us to resolve the situation quickly in the Buyer’s favour.

4.3. If the shipment is not collected and is returned to the Seller, the amount paid for the goods will be refunded within 14 days, after deducting the actual shipping costs.
