1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) set out the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods in the online store admshine.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and MB “Admroad” (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms. When the Buyer makes a purchase in the online store, the version of the Terms valid at the time of placing the order shall apply.
1.4. The right to purchase in the online store is granted to legally capable natural persons, minors aged 14 to 18 only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their own income, as well as legal entities and authorised representatives of all such persons.
2. Conclusion of the Sales Agreement
2.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer, after creating a shopping cart, entering delivery details, selecting a payment method, and confirming that they have read these Terms, confirms the order, and the Seller sends an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Buyer.
2.2. Each agreement (order) is stored in the Seller’s online store system.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. Product prices in the online store and in the created order are indicated in euros (€) including VAT. The product price does not include the delivery fee, which is shown before the order is confirmed.
3.2. Payment for goods is made in advance through the payment service provider Montonio Finance UAB — by online banking or payment card. Payment transactions are carried out in the secure environment of the payment service provider; the Seller does not receive or store payment instrument details.
3.3. Preparation of the shipment and calculation of the delivery period begin from the moment payment is received.
4. Delivery of Goods
4.1. Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. Delivery methods, timeframes, and prices are specified in the Delivery Terms, which form an integral part of these Terms.
4.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide the correct delivery location (parcel locker) and to accept the goods personally or ensure that they are accepted by an authorised person.
4.3. If the shipment packaging is damaged upon delivery, the Buyer must immediately, but no later than within 1 business day from collection, notify the Seller by email at info@admshines.lt and attach photographs.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
5.1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right, without giving any reason, to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods (Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).
5.2. Important exception (Article 6.228¹⁰(2)(5) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania): the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. The car care product set sold by the Seller is one single product supplied in sealed protective packaging (sealed with a tamper-evident protective sticker / film). If the protective packaging is damaged or any chemical product in the set is opened, the set becomes unsuitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons — such a set cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defective goods. The components of the set are not sold separately; therefore, only the complete set with all components included may be returned.
5.3. The Buyer may submit a notice of withdrawal using the permanently available function “Withdraw from the contract here” on the website, on the “Withdrawal from Contract” page, or by email to info@admshines.lt — by sending a free-form statement or a completed model withdrawal form provided in the annex to the Return Policy. Upon receiving the notice, the Seller will promptly confirm receipt by email.
5.4. The return procedure and conditions are set out in the Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases of defective goods. The Buyer is also liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from actions that are not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (Article 6.228¹¹(8) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).
6. Product Quality and Warranty
6.1. Product characteristics are specified in the description provided for each product. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that product colours or other visual parameters displayed on the screen may slightly differ from the actual appearance due to the characteristics of the device screen used by the Buyer.
6.2. Defective goods are subject to the consumer remedies established in Articles 6.363–6.364⁴ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania: the Buyer has the right to request replacement of the goods with goods of proper quality, an appropriate price reduction, or termination of the contract and a refund of the amount paid. Claims regarding product defects may be made by the Buyer within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the goods, provided that the Buyer notifies the Seller of the identified defect no later than within 2 months from the date of its discovery (Article 6.364¹(8) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).
6.3. Quality-related claims must be submitted by email to info@admshines.lt, indicating the order number, describing the defect, and attaching photographs. The Seller will respond within 14 days from receipt of the claim.
7. Safe Use of Goods
7.1. The goods sold by the Seller are chemical car care products. The Buyer must follow the use and safety instructions provided on the packaging and in the product description, keep the goods out of the reach of children, and use them only for their intended purpose.
7.2. The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from use of the goods for purposes other than their intended purpose or from failure to follow the instructions for use.
8. Personal Data
8.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
9. Liability and Final Provisions
9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The parties shall be liable for failure to fulfil their obligations in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and shall compensate each other for direct losses.
9.2. The Seller shall be released from liability where obligations are not fulfilled due to force majeure circumstances.
9.3. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. All disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations by contacting the Seller by email at info@admshines.lt.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer (consumer) has the right to apply to the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution authority — the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus St. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. (8 5) 262 67 51, www.vvtat.lt).
10.3. Disputes before a court shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
