1. Right to Return Goods

1.1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right, without giving any reason, to withdraw from the sales agreement concluded in the online store admshine.lt and return the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery (receipt) of the goods (Article 6.228¹⁰(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

2. Goods That Cannot Be Returned

2.1. In accordance with Article 6.228¹⁰(2)(5) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

2.2. The car care product set sold by the Seller is one single product — it is sold only as a complete set, and its components are not sold separately. The set is supplied in sealed protective packaging (the packaging is sealed with a tamper-evident protective sticker / film), ensuring the safety and hygiene of the chemical products.

2.3. If the protective packaging seal is damaged or removed, or if any chemical product in the set (polish, cleaner) is opened, the set becomes unsuitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to such a set — it cannot be returned or exchanged. As the set is one single product, a partial return of the set is not possible — only the complete set with all components may be returned. This provision does not apply where the goods are defective; see Section 5.

2.4. The Buyer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from actions that are not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (Article 6.228¹¹(8) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

3. Conditions for Returned Goods

3.1. Returned goods must be:

unopened, unused, and undamaged, with the protective packaging intact (protective sticker / film);
in the original, orderly packaging with labels intact;
complete — the entire set must be returned with all components included;
submitted together with proof of purchase, such as the order number or invoice.

3.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept returned goods if these conditions are not met, or to reduce the refund amount accordingly, as set out in Clause 2.4.

4. Withdrawal and Return Procedure

4.1. The Buyer may submit a notice of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods in any of the following ways:

using the permanently available function “Withdraw from the contract here” on the website, on the “Withdrawal from Contract” page;
by email to info@admshines.lt — by sending a clear free-form statement or a completed model withdrawal form, provided in the annex to these rules.

Upon receiving the notice, the Seller will promptly confirm receipt by email.

4.2. The Buyer must send or hand over the goods to the Seller no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of submitting the notice of withdrawal (Article 6.228¹¹(5) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania). The return address will be provided together with the return instructions.

4.3. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer (Article 6.228¹¹(6) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania), except in cases of defective goods.

4.4. After receiving the returned goods and assessing their condition, the Seller will refund the amounts paid by the Buyer, including the standard delivery fee, if applied, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to another method.

4.5. Additional costs resulting from the Buyer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller are non-refundable (Article 6.228¹¹(3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

5. Defective Goods

5.1. If the goods are defective, including where they are damaged, expired, do not match the description, or are incomplete, the Buyer has the right, within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the goods, to exercise the rights provided for in Articles 6.363–6.364⁴ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania: to request replacement of the goods with goods of proper quality, an appropriate price reduction, or termination of the contract and a refund of the amount paid.

5.2. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the identified defect no later than within 2 months from the date on which the defect was discovered (Article 6.364¹(8) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania). The claim must be submitted by email to info@admshines.lt, indicating the order number, describing the defect, and attaching photographs. We will respond within 14 days.

5.3. The costs of returning defective goods shall be borne by the Seller (Article 6.364²(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

6. Disputes

6.1. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Buyer (consumer) has the right to apply to the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution authority — the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus St. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, www.vvtat.lt) — or to a court.
